At KIDLIX, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

By placing an order with KIDLIX, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 5 days  of receiving the order.

Return requests submitted after the eligible return period may not be approved.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

KIDLIX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within [24-48 HOURS] of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund

  • Store credit

depending on the situation.


5. Return Process

To request a return:

  3. Our support team will review your request

  4. Approved returns will receive return instructions

Please do not return products without confirmation from our support team.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, KIDLIX may cover the return shipping cost.

  • For customer preference returns (such as change of mind), return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by KIDLIX.


7. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take [5-10 BUSINESS DAYS] depending on your payment provider

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

  • UPI

  • Store credit


8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be available for:
